Lightning Fall In First 2 Games

The Lightning have been unlucky in the Cory Cup in general, going 3-10 in the first two seasons. But now, that record has fallen to 3-12, as the Super Dads prevail in the first two games of the 2011 Cory Cup at Towaco's CMB Arena, 24-18 in game 1, and 29-13 in game 2. Although the Lightning's chances of winning their first best-of-7 Cory Cup have been diminished, Game 1 of the inaugural Cory Bowl has been scheduled for May 30, which also happens to be Memorial day.
